It's good site and not any scam of something like that, there are some ppl who proved they really do ship items, and, it's logical.
The point is in points which u get daily by voting on some kind of polls and inviting new members.
For example, you can get:

I am not advertising the site for them, it's really useful for u.. Everday few clicks and for a few months (depends what you want) u get some nice item! It's a bit longer time but u don't work at all!
